Ella Katherine turned three years old on May 10th which was also Mother's Day. It is such a blessing to be her mom. I can't believe how much she has grown and changed in the past year. We celebrated her birthday by having a tea party the Wednesday before. There were 10 little girls including Ella Katherine. I served sandwiches, pretzels, graham crakers and cream cheese dip, and strawberries. We had pink lemonade instead of tea and instead of a cake I made pink cupcakes and put them on a tiered dish. Everything turned out cute and I think the girls enjoyed themselves.
